Catafy began operations in March 2024 under SparkSphere Venture Private Limited, with Catafy.com going live in May 2024 to simplify digital logging and record-keeping. Initially designed to help businesses manage assets and inventories seamlessly, Catafy enables users to maintain structured, accessible, and secure digital records effortlessly. From 1 September 2026, Catafy is owned and operated by NextWave Technology Private Limited — the same product, the same team, under a new company name.

Catafy is now operated by NextWave Technology Private Limited
From 1 September 2026, Catafy is owned and operated by NextWave Technology Private Limited. From this date, every invoice, receipt, agreement and payment is issued in the name of NextWave Technology Pvt. Ltd.
- •March 2024 – August 2026 — Catafy was operated by SparkSphere Venture Private Limited.
- •September 2026 onwards — Catafy is operated by NextWave Technology Private Limited.
Nothing changes for you. Your account, catalogues, orders, data, pricing and subscription continue exactly as before. The same team supports you, on the same email and phone number. Invoices issued before September 2026 remain valid under SparkSphere Venture Pvt. Ltd. and can still be used for your records.
